If the same media file is included several times, its file contents
will now be embedded only once into the resulting PDF, reducing the
size of the latter. Things like

  \EveryShipout{
    \includemovie[autoplay]{0pt}{0pt}{pagesound.mp3}
  }

can now be done without blowing up the PDF file too much.
