The booktabs package provides some additional commands to enhance the
quality of tables in LaTeX. Guidelines are given as to what constitutes
a good table in this context.

This is a patched version of booktabs. The original author, Simon Fear,
could not be contacted or reached in any other way up to now. This patch
was submitted on behalf of the wide group users of this very useful package.
All changes were properly documented.
