I have lots of PDF files needs to be printed, but I want to join them together to print, so that I don't have to use too much paper. Somebody know how to make it? I searched the net and just found change the print size, but I don't think it could save paper. Thank you for your help.

as far as I understand, you want to *arrange* as many as possible pages
into one, so you can reduce number of sheet of paper needed to be printed
eg: 4 pdf pages into one on each side of sheet paper

To join the files together, use, for instance, pdftk. You'll get one
resulting file, the rest is easy.

I don't understand how that will save paper, unless there are a lot of
empty trailing pages to each document.

OK. I didn't understand that he wanted to print multiple pages per sheet.
