ToC Numbering

Hi,

I'm trying to create a ToC that has a different numbering scheme for
the chapters and the appendices. That is, in the ToC I want the
chapters to have just the page number, while the appendix should have
the chapter number (A) with the page number.

It should look like the following:

Ch 1 ............................. 1

Appendix 1 . ................A-1

I'm having a terrible time trying to get this resolved without
creating a different tag for the appendices. Can anyone help?

Jim,
Bite the bullet and create a new para tag for appendix headers if you
want properly automated formatting in your generated TOC.
