What Windows account is the EOM service running under? By default, it
gets installed under the Windows Local System account, which is fine for
accessing local printers. If you need to access a network printer,
however, you must run the EOM service under a domain account with
sufficient privileges to send print jobs to that printer.
You can change the account that EOM runs under by going to the Services
applet, selecting the Unisys Enterprise Output Manager service, and
opening the Properties dialog. On the Log On tab of that dialog, you can
change the account under which the service runs. You will then need to
stop and restart the service for that change to take effect.
I usually set up a separate domain account for EOM to use, as that makes
it easier to control permissions in the Access Control Lists.
As a quick test, you could try running EOM under the same account you
used to print the test page from Windows.
