TI99/4A computer will be held in Rome (italy). The event will take
place at hotel Jonico Via Silicella 41, Roma
Participants can bring their own computer or use the equipment of the
organization to demonstrate their software and hardware. There will
be... mini-conferences about issues on the TI99.
The purpose of this faire is to bring together the European users of
this wonderful computer, that threatens to sink into oblivion. We also
try to assemble all TI99 computer users, present on the Italian
peninsula, into one strong and well organized TI99 group. During the
faire we will show how to use the old TI99 hardware at best and we
will also focus on creating new software and hardware for our
computer.
You can also exchange and purchase, material such as hardware,
software and magazines for the TI99. Owners of hardware prototypes,
new programs and magazines, specially those created in Italy, are
requested to bring them and show them at the faire. The president of
the new online Italian TI99 User Club, Ciro Barile, is present to give
information.
