Problem is that he is/she is still flooding the newsgroups.
(last message i saw (about 8 hours after your message).
Is there nobody that can stop this vandal?
Bu
Sure, when news providers quit looking just at the money offered and
start looking to see if this is some idiot they kicked off their
service previously BEFORE they let them back on. If they did this
basic check, eventually these idiots would run out of payment methods.
Today these posts are coming from Altopia whom he has been kicked off
of previously, so direct complaints there.

I just forward each message to his current provider. What else can one do?
The prick mangles the subject so a filter won't stop him/her/it.

Can't hurt to do it!
Perhaps hunting them down like dogs and stringing them up by their toenails
in a public display would help? ;-)

I don't know the crux of his problem - maybe a kind of >MI5<
persecution complex. He is an aged restless internet (in pre-internet
times also) spammer phenomenon who does his 'mission' over 10 jears
already. First of all with his postings and also with his confused
website http://www.five.org.uk/ he is more and more contaminating the
normal rest of the world. In any case - he belongs to the drawbacks of
the internet.
Something to read about him:
From the BBC website (created: 16th September 1999):

Utterly Endless Nonsense of MI5 Persecution:

When will there be an end?
Some people in usenet comments wishing him an early death ...

Altopia Abuse Admin to me
One complaint is enough.
The flooder was stopped.
This nut case is like a cockroach, you can't kill him.
