ASSIGN IN-FILE, $DATA01.WHATEVER.THATFILE
this will override COBOL SELECT IN-FILE ASSIGN TO BLAH-BLAH
PARAM NUM-TRIES 10
this will be in ENV - COBOL GETPARAMTEXT NUM-TRIES
