Looking for a VOS account

I'm looking for an account on a Stratus VOS system to preserve
my knowledge of that OS environment while working on other projects.

What I would like to do is porting / writing software using C and PL/I.
Also a V103 terminal emulator for UNIX/Linux X11 systems comes to mind.

A telnet login and access to the compilers would be sufficcient. It
would be no problem to sign a paper that states that I'm not up to harm
the system's integrity.

Background:

I'm a freelancer, working on UNIX systems since 1885, but have worked
several years at Citibank's Stratus System Engineering here in Germany
and don't want to simply forget all I've learned during that time.

BTW: As always - Job offers are also welcome if it's possible to perform
them mainly from Duesseldorf/Germany.
