Searching for ZX81 version of Black Box

I wonder if anyone could help me track down a dimly-remembered version of the Black Box board game for the ZX81. I think it may have been a type in from a book I borrowed from the library. IIRC, it started by PRINTing "BLACK BOX - PLEASE WAIT" before going in to FAST mode for a few seconds while the board was being prepared.
If anyone has a copy of the book with the listing and is willing to sell, share or reveal the title please let me know. As you can imagine, Googling for "ZX81 Black Box" brings more noise than signal and I can't find a reference in The Type Fantastic...
