A friend of mine while helping me to clear up the other day has found in my
vaults a little book written by Clive Sinclair. something to do with making
small electronic projects using semiconductors or similar. copyright 1960.
Seems rather old.

He wrote 13 Bernard Babani books, I can only find the titles
of the first one and the last one:
