Hello there,

does anyone out there have got a CD from the IRIX6.5 media
set containing the SGI Ada95 Development System? This
is the gnat 3.14 based Ada development system, which is
under the GPL. I'd be happy if some one could supply me
with this one,

thanks and best regards,

Erik.

P.S. For details on this package, please see the SGI page:
http://techpubs.sgi.com/library/tpl/cgi-bin/getdoc.cgi?coll=0650&db=relnotes&fname=/usr/relnotes/gnat_dev

...by the way: Dies anyone out there use this development
system? The documentation claims that the MIPS Pro
compiler has to be installed. Does the Ada95 kit work
without the MIPS-Pro license?

I'd have to look, but I'm pretty sure the GNAT install includes a specific
version of gcc. I have it running on my O2, but haven't touched it in ages.

Thanks - I am currently waiting for a cdrom I just bought from the
sgi page http://www.futuretech.blinkenlights.nl/sgidepot/
So I will keep this thread up to date on the results and
hopefully the SGI installation does not confuse my well running
system ;-)

Best regards,

Erik.
