Setting ST & VCP baud rate

I have an old 2550 up and running PRIMOS Rev 23 and it is being
donated to a local computer museum.
Using an ASCII terminal switching between ST & VCP modes caused no
problem. However, I attached a serial line to the VCP from a PC using

Rev 18.3 on the Prime emulator

I restored a rev 18 Primos tape recently, from circa 1983, when I was
doing Prime consulting work. Unfortunately, it only contained an
operating system - no commands. But I loaded it up on the emulator
anyway, just for kicks. It's running on port 8007.

Idle wonderings...
Anyone know what happened to the Toons development hardware when
the 50-Series business unit was shut down? Stuff like this has
a habit of cropping up years later. See for example some of the
Commodore prototypes that have traded hands.

Searching for INFO-PRIME archives

It looks to me from nibbling about in various dusty places that
the INFO-PRIME mailing list dates from the late 80s or earlier.
Archives of it from its beginning through about 1991 (beginning of
this newsgroup) don't overlap the comp.sys.prime materials "available"
in the deeper usenet provider retention.... more »

Prime 5340 needs a new home

Hi folks! I'm downsizing in the next few months and have a 5340 I'm
