Graffiti and Windows 98?

I just obtained an old tablet computer (Hammerhead). My first foray
into this world.

Is there a way to use Palm's Graffiti in place of the recognition
software that I currently have? I'm pretty comfortable with Graffiti,
and having a rather hard time trying to train the computer to learn my
penmanship.

Ooops, forgot to mention, it's a Windows 98, 233 MHz PII machine.
