Zire 71 not synching with Desktop

Hi there,
Hubby has a Zire 71 and I have a TX. We are working with Palm Desktop 6.2.2.
For some reason, his information isn't synching from his Palm to the Desktop
and mine is. Any ideas??

I'm using Hotsync manager 7.02 which came with the Centro and 'upgraded'
what I had with the Zire.
Right click the Hotsync Icon, settings, connections, check the boxes. 2
can co-exist.
If your Tx is USB just like the Zire, then that's not it: sorry.
