I just picked up one of these and need a couple of pieces for it.

First, an English keyboard would be nice!

Second, the top piece that holds the keyboard in place is missing.

Third, the cable for the external video didn't come with the unit.

Does anyone have one of these that's DOA that I could either buy from
you or does someone have these parts extra?
