Syncing Address Book?

When I sync my M100 address book in Outlook the names appear in alphabetical
order in Outlook but not in my Palm?!
I have the sync settings set to Handheld overwrites Desktop.
How do I get my Palm address book to appear in alphabetical order?

It's nothing to do with syncing, just how the different applications are set to
display the entries.

On the Palm, in the address book / contacts application, select
Options->Preferences and make sure "List By" is set to "Last Name, First Name".

I suspect you have it set to sort by Company, Last name.
