Moved from Zire to Treo Don't want to sync to Outlook

I purchased a Treo 680 to replace my Zire 72. Installed the new Palm
Desktop software. Synced with the Treo.

I got the contacts, calendar from Outlook, not from Palm Desktop.

How can I arrange to sync contacts, calendar with Palm Desktop & not
Outlook ?

Any help would be appreciated.

If you're using the latest version of Palm Desktop (6.2) there should
be a folder called, "PIM Conduit Sync" under the Palm folder in your
Start Menu. It includes two items, "Sync with Outlook" and "Sync with
Palm Desktop."
