Replicating a "Microtan 65" system

  [link] is anyone absolutely sure that a DMA added to a cpc+ architecture wouldnt be able to read an IDE device and decompress interlaced video modes using teh pc to convert pc avi files can 160x400 be converted using 16 colours from 4096? would look impressive no? better than the bbc master with only 8 colours and 8 flashing ones!(she didn't even have shadow ram screens - can both of these be scrolled by the hardware by the way?)... more »
