Fellow Newton Enthusiasts,

With Newton 2.0, I have heard that the Newton now has more extensive
storage/retrieval abilities. I am wondering if this includes the ability
to store and retreive data, such as packages and notes/text files (and
interchange these formats) or preferences without a Macintosh. Can this
be done directly with a serial connection to a hard disk? What are the
minimal requirements to do this through a Mac? How about PC's? Or ZMODEM
transfer through a modem? Any thoughts?

In gratitude,
Daniel Margolis
