Creating .pdb from Quicktime

Can anyone tell me why, when I try to export a Palm movie (.pdb file)
from Quicktime it gives me an error message "Export failed, movie
toolbox has not been initialized."

I used to be able to export Palm movies from Quicktime but it seems one
of the recent upgrades disabled this feature? And what is a "movie
toolbox" anyway?
I'm running QT Pro 6.5.2
