If you click the link it forwards to Amazon, so my guess is it's some sort
of affiliate link. Rather underhanded if that's the case. If it _isn't_ then

It is - they're showing up in a lot of the groups I read. The
affiliate link is buried in a series of redirects, so it's hard to
see, but it's there.
