I recently migrated everything to a newer MacBook Pro, and also
upgraded to OS X Lion and XCode 4.2.

The installation left a Developer (From Old Mac) folder from the
previous Mac for OS X 10.6.

It is about 11.8 GB in size and I am not sure that it is necessary for
me to keep it there.

Is it safe to simply delete the Developer (From Old Mac) Folder and
not break anything in the new XCode 4.2? I'm not sure how everything
is interconnected or if there is a script out there that will do this
for me safely.

I renamed it Developer.xc3 so I could continue using Xcode 3 - which I vastly prefer over the iPhone-centric Xcode 4.
