Subject: Re: what's best for PB 150? Internal or External M
I am using various modems internally in my PowerBooks since years without
troubles. The idea of having an external box with various serial and
powercables hanging around....Get an INTERNAL MODEM. But beware of so called
internal modems for the European market. They are only half internal, there is
also an external box called DAA, that make troubles most of the time...So a
plain US-modem with the standard RJ11port is all you need.
