Numeric Keypad Util. for PBs

In using programs which require a lot of numeric entry it would be nice
to have a BUILT-IN numeric keypad for the Powerbook. I have been looking
for a utility (Freeware / Shareware) that would allow the keyboard to
be re-mapped by a Command-Key Sequence. Maybe a newer version
of Dvorak Keyboard remapping application.

Note:
Toshiba Laptops provide this feature via a special function key (Too bad
Apple hasn't learned from others in the field).
