Choosing axis of rotation in Keynote

Hello,
I have a scatter plot with an arrow shape superposed on top of it. I
want to add an animation that shows how the regression line changes
slope with change in some conditions. Basically, I want to rotate the
arrow with the axis of rotation located at the starting end of the
arrow.
The actions sub tab in the buildin/buildout permits rotation around the
midpoint of the line / arrow. I can't seem to find a way to specify the
location of the rotation axis. Is it possible ?
I am using iWork'09.
