Nu är det slut is (Norwegian ? I think...) and it translates roughly as
"that's all there is"
Its used at the end the code of many programs to indicate just that.

It's actually Swedish, and was put in by Martin Gannholm (an Apple
programmer at the time).

HyperCard 1.x put "Thats all folks" in the TAIL object at the end of each
stack file. One of our efforts with HyperCard 2.x was to make it work
better outside the U.S., and in keeping with these efforts we used
Martin's suggestion for a new tag phrase for the TAIL object that wasn't
in English. He told me that it was the sign-off phrase for a children's
television show that literally means "there isn't any more". Perhaps
someone on the net will supply the details.
