Nike psa 64 - can iTunes recognize?

Hello -
I'm trying to get iTunes (and system 10.3.7) to recognize my Nike PSA
64 mp3 player. To transfer songs I have to reboot in sys 9.2 and the
player icon shows up on the desktop. I'd like to be able to get 10.3.7
and iTunes to recognize, if possible. Does anyone know the procedure
for doing this?

Model: ACT20017 (Philips)
the Philips site has a firmware upgrade, but will this let iTunes
recognize the player?
