What is the best app for OS X (Leopard) to take a video (currently in .flv
format, but can convert to any) and:

- sync audio to video (currently audio lags by ~ 0.4 sec)
- normalize audio (currently audio varies quite a bit)
I've tried iMovie HD. Not enough features.
