TimeCapsule broken-- Apple versus Privacy ?

My Time Capsule has broken down on me, under AppleCare.
This seems to have happened to thousand others., overheating ??
How does Apple behaves in the UK ?
Do they exchange the power supply module ?
Do you get a new Capsule ?
Do you get a refurbished Capsule ?
In the last two solutions, do they return the Hard Disk to you, so that
you can dispose of it ?
Or will it get a new life in a refurbished one , other side of the
country or city ??

no.

your broken time capsule will be repaired and become a replacement for
somebody else. the disk will more than likely be reformatted if it
isn't replaced.

you will more than likely get a refurbished time capsule. it's possible

somebody else. the disk will more than likely be reformatted if it
