Good Apple Store Experience

About a month and a half ago I purchased two 3TB LaCie "Porsche Design"
drives for both storage and for SuperDuper! backups. I then noticed
that the activity light on one of the drives continually flickered and
the one on the other drive did not. I tried such as reformatting the
flickering drive and that didn't seem to make any difference. I finally
concluded that perhaps there was something wrong with the flickering
drive. I then took it to the Apple store and strickly on my verbal
description they replaced the drive with a new one, and this was after
the stated return time had expired. The replacement drive works fine
and the constant flickering is no longer happening. Yet another example
of why it makes good sense to use the Apple store!
