Old Mac/PC game

There was an old MAC/PC game I played in 1998 (I am pretty sure it was
MAC) where you would go through a lot of different levels and try to
strategically place different items (the items would be limited
depending on the level) in places where an object could get to the
end. It has been a long time since I played it and I do not remember
it all.
