They did the ports of Madden and Tiger didn't they?
Mac sales are up but will that help mac gaming, especially when people
can Boot Camp Windows?
Or just get consoles?
No Intel Mac, so yes, I don't care... I'm not likely going to be able
to afford one for quite some time, so Macintel games are useless to me.
Plus, I'm not really certain if I'm interested in any of the games
they've announced so far.

They announced games like CNC3 (which sucked) and the new Harry Potter
games are coming to the Mac. Oh and the new Madden I think. No big news
to me either.
Aspyr's still around, and announced that they'd release a new Sims
expansion soon, iirc. Their website lists the following upcoming
releases:
Mac
Virtual Villagers
Travelogue 360 Paris
The Sims™ Pet Stories
There's also been a bit of rumbling that Aspyr sees themselves as the
perfect partner for Transgaming to *support* the games Transgaming
ports with Cider. Sounds like a great fit to me, and they've done it
before with Transgaming a few years back:

Now Aspyr hasn't done a Madden port since Madden 2000. The new one is
by Transgaming with Cider, a [gross, inaccurate oversimplification
follows!!] Windows emulator of sorts based on WINE, I think. I don't
have an Intel Mac now, but if I did, I'd likely shell out for
MacMadden if the prices are the same. If there are more Transgaming
ports, I think it bodes well for a third "golden" (gilded?) age of Mac
gaming, but less well for Aspyr on the Mac.

Depends whether or not EA bring their draconian DRM to the Mac....
