data base usning file maker pro for vacation rental business

I have a file maker pro that I use for managing 7 condos on Maui and
keeping track of all the guests that come and stay with us. What we
are not able to do with this incredible program is to have a data base
that would tie in with a visual calendar for all the units that we
rent. ( 7) . We designed a calendar that we can look at all 7
condos for each month on each page, two months at a time in a linear
form. What we have to do is to enter each and every guest on the
calendar by hand ( computer hand) , and change colors for each guests
depending if they paid in full or just gave us a deposit or they are
just "looking" It goes from gray to blue to red ( all done
manually ) even though we do have a data base fthat reflects this for
all the guests that are staying with us.

Is there a way to connect this data base to a graphic calendar that
would enter that data base automatically , change colors as guests pay
up and check for double bookings as well.
I am willing to pay somebody to solve this problem for me if anybody
out there can do it. I do not think there is a ready program with
file maker pro to do just that . I wish there was. it would make
this program truly remarkable and a lot more usable if it is possible
