I was probably playing one of my older games that resets the screen
resolution while MT-NewsWatcher was reporting an error message, now the
Error Log window is off screen. How do I get the window back on my
screen?

Use System Preferences->Displays to increase the resolution, drag the
window where you want it, then change the resolution back to normal.

Resolution for my 27" iMac is already at the highest level.

There may not be an easy way without deleting the preferences file. You
might want to review or take screenshots of your settings first. After
that, try moving the ~/Library/Preferences/MT-NewsWatcher Prefs
ź/MT-NewsWatcher Prefs file to your desktop (that way you can easily
restore it by dragging it back later, if needed).
