It would be easier to help you fix it if you told us what the problem is
and what version you're using. If it's version 4.0, I can tell you that
it's working fine for me under OS 9.1, as well as under 9.2.2 in Mac OS
X Classic mode, so there's no general compatibility issue.

Mike--thanks. It's version 4.0. It seems that none of the graphics will
load. Since you seem to be able to make it work I'll try playing around
with it again. I did email tech support at Sierra and was told that indeed
Print Artists upgrades are not compatable with newer Macs.

I have Print Artist 4.0 but don't use it. Centering the material for Greeting
cards never worked. Do yourself a BIG favor and get PRINT EXPLOSION, a program
developed from the ground up for a Mac and not ported from a PC program. Agreat
program that allows printing to almost the very edge of material.
Print Artist 4 works with MacOS 9.x as well as it did with previous
versions. It also works in Classic mode under OS X. Sierra is neither
Mac friendly nor savvy. For that matter, they are pretty clueless about
Windows problems too. ie - their tech support sucks.
Probably the program just needs to be reinstalled. The biggest problem
with Print Artist is that sometimes it just forgets that there are
graphics on the hard drive. The only solution seems to be reinstalling -
a pain in the ass. But since Sierra was never able to communicate why
this happened, it was the only solution I've been able to figure out.
Print Explosion is an OS 9/X compatible program that is quite good. Also
Broderbund has just announced an upgrade to PrintShop that might be
worth looking at. However, it is NOT OS X compatible.
I'm running Print Artist version 4.1 and have no problem with 9.2.2. Leslie
