The lowbrow computer repairman would completely miss the point if it was
explained to him that an act can be morally reprehensible and legal at
the same time, as if anyone stated that what Apple is doing is illegal.

Well, even if he is a "lowbrow" repairman,it takes much more technical know how to repair a computer than it does to edit a text file to configure Apache - your claim to fame.
