Just happened to stumble across this listing this past weekend, and
got a laugh out of it because it reminded me of the CSMA pissing
contests on what someone's Florida home was supposedly worth...

My dad was friends with our county sheriff (I almost married his daughter)
and when a little house went up for auction, he let me know, I put in the
first bid, he closed the auction and the house was mine. About 45% below
market for the same type of house in the area.
Its not that big a deal, energy efficient, twice as much insulation, and
even the garage is insulated.
Thinking about solar panels.
