Whoever wrote this drivel doesn't know history. Frank Capra's Prelude to
War put the start of WWII in 1931 when Japan attacked Manchuria. Evidence
for any of wild claims on this page is nil. William Guy Carr seems to have
gotten the letter from "The Mystery Of Freemasonry Unveiled" (1928) by
which time WWI was history and Wells had long predicted a another world war
complete with Atomic bombs in his now largely forgotten "World Set Free"
(1914).
