Don't be too hard on him. John is a 90 lb. weakling who gets sand kicked in
his face, and lets the jocks have sex with his girl. He is only

Excellent post.
I share similar sentiments and beliefs. And I've recently lost some
serious weight too, very slowly with no gimmicks - just the old
eat-less-move-more method.
