So the answer to Alans question is "No card reader comes with the
Lenovo", which I'm assuming means that it's not a suitable laptop
according to you? Am I right?

That is, if by "smaller" you mean "bigger" [1], and if by "lighter"
you mean "heavier" [2].

The Thinkpad is 93.8 cubic inches while the Macbook Air is 52.6 cubic
inches. The Thinkpad is almost twice as big as the Macbook Air.
2. Heavier:
If you have the DVD burner in it, it's actually heavier than the
Macbook Air.
