"QL & Mac are 25" international event Oct 31-Nov 1, 2009
Hi all, 2009 is the year of the 25th anniversary of breaking innovations in personal computing. Early 1984 two milestones were unfolded on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean. Europe was first with the launch of the 32bit multitasking/multiwindowing Sinclair QL. 12 days later America saw the launch of the 32bit GUI/multiwindowing Apple Macintosh. They... more »

RetroChallenge 2009
Attention all retrocomputing enthusiasts! RetroChallenge 2009 is officially slated to run from July 1st to 31st, 2009. RetroChallenge is a fairly informal "contest" whose sole aim is to encourage owners of obsolete systems to do something (anything) with them. Projects are self-assigned and can include just about anything, from... more »

Cromemco DPU or CompuPro CPU68K wanted.
Hi. I'd very much like to learn and use CPM-68K, as well adapt my CBIOS to it to contribute back to the public. I've already implemented CPM80 on my IMSAI. If anyone has a board they'd like to sell or trade, please email me at j...@cimmeri.com. Thank you.

ROM Code for a 68K board
Does anyone know of available ROMable code for for a 68K board? Something equivalent to MIKBUG or even ODT (from the PDP-11). I have a pair of ISC 68K boards that only have the UNix boot Proms and would really like to have something that wold let me develop (and download) my own software. Oh yeah, I am looking... more »

68332 horrible crash
Situation: an FPGA drives the IRQ6 input, the portF pin. It's set up to use another chip select as the autovector generator. This mostly works. The FPGA pulls it low, the ISR runs, and the ISR pokes the FPGA to release (raise) the interrupt request pin before it exits. But sometimes the firmware wants to shut down the associated subsystem... more »
