better: Windows IDE with integrated Project Builder, linker with transparent
support for discontiguous memory devices (or to work around the infamous
BUFFALO overwriting 0x4000 bug), support for DOS-based remote debugger
NoICE11, plus use of DOS extender to compile more complex programs. Still
remains an incredible value at $100. You can pay $1500 for other compilers,
