With a good PS, I'd say go for it then.   I'm still a bit concerned about
the cooling on the P60/66's.  The side fan provides bredth as well as force
.   The T4 is a completely different beast thermally than a T2.

The L2's are pretty much out of the stream and they do run warm as does the
cache controller.  I've rigged a P90 similar to Tam's with big sinks on the
L2's and cache controller for my 180MMX Overdrive experiments (that are
going on in a M90 at the moment<g>).
