I have a model 25 color (not sure of the dash number but the logo has
model 25 then the R G and B dots) t hat I looked at a few years ago,
marked "no video" on it so my guess is it has a dead flyback. Great
for parts. It goes to the dump in about a week if no interest.
Shipping? Nope too heavy and no time to pack it right now. Takes 2
mins to set it out for the trash guys so you can see my point.

I'm in central KY (Clarkson) about 60 miles SW of Louisville, 100 east
of Lexington Ky and about 110 north of Nashville. Email me if
interested - soon. I need a lot of space and all this old non-working
crap is really in the way of my construction.

Better deal yet - if someone really has a love for these 25's I'll
sweeten the reason to come out - 2 more color 25's working (I think),
a 25-286 (not sure if mono of color) and an original 25-001 BW unit.
They are all intact for the most part, I think all but the first one I
posted are working. I may even have an Eduquest version buried around
here that the pickup person is welcome to if I can locate it before
they come. These have to go asap and with winter coming now is the
time to take a drive and get them if you want them.

Guess no interest. I'll see if a guy I know that rips them apart for
scrap wants them, maybe more of them except my 8595-OPT.

Well a possibility exists for that friend up north in IL may be able
to make it down and adopt a lot of this stuff and save it from the
jaws of the scrapper man.

Hi Russ,
> Guess no interest...
My own interest (and I would have no way to do a pickup) is only if
the planar had the power connection inline with the video header
(http://artofhacking.com/th99/m/I-L/30127.htm "Type 1" instead of
http://artofhacking.com/th99/m/I-L/30135.htm "Type 2"). The 18 or so Model
25s I have don't. Just looking for the variants.

Well I gave Bill Walsh half a dozen different 25's, some 55's and
30's, a bunh in the 60/65/80 line and some 486 based 8595's and
assorted hardware so who knows what you can work out with him.

I'll likely be coming across boxes and boxes of odd parts I stripped
over the years from junking out PS/2's so as I have stuff available,
which most will be mailable, I'll post them.

I have boxes of books to go through yet and anything worthwhile I'll
post as well unless it suits me keeping anything that deals with the
PC, XT or AT machines or the 8595-OPT I have left and am keeping.
Somewhere around here I know I have a full case box from paper full of
old memory.
