ESR meter arrived !

This morning arrived the ESR meter from Portugal ...
I tried it almost immediately with a non-working PS/2 floppy drive ...

I tried it almost immediately with a non-working PS/2 floppy drive ...

The two 22 uF capacitors on the supply lines revealed a 21-23 ohm serie
resistance (instead of the usual .8, about) but the other three (0.22 and
1 uF) were over 90 ohms !
The capacitors on the motor controller board, weren't better, about 50
ohms ... a real disaster !
The ESR tests capacitors on board ... I've box of failing stuff (with no
shorts and hidden defects ...) ...
I'll keep you updated !
