I would like to find a power supply for an IBM 8595.
Does anyone have one as surplus ?

Could be 110v, or 220v (but I have to know before I connect it).

I'm hoping so ... it would be great to give live again to my old PS/2

I don't want to pay 500$ ... but I'm ready to pay reasonably high
price .. if it is required

Hi,
looks like it's my turn to pipe up. I've got a Model 90 (not entirely
sure if it's an 8590 or 9590 though) around here somewhere, that probably I
should sell complete or break for spares. I wouldn't ask for more that 75
plus shipping at cost, for the whole system unit as a working component.
From the U.K. the shipping costs shouldn't be huge. So it's up to you which
option you'd prefer, as I would take the PSU out and send just that, if
you'd prefer. Say 15 plus shipping at cost?

Great ! I'm happy :)

I'll send you an email

FYI, the system is a 9590-ALA with 32MB parity RAM, XGA-2 on-planar and an
IBM Caching SCSI Disk Controller with 540MB SCSI Hard Drive. It's been
powered-up and tested briefly. It has the Reference Partition installed but
no bootable O/S (I999 0305 on boot). I'll get some shipping prices for you
as soon as I can.
