Hi there, I'm using Cubase 5 with a Yamaha SW1000 and XGEditor, Hubis MIDI cable, on an AMD Athlon 2200+ and 512 RAM on Win98SE. I got some wireless headphones for xmas and they work great on my HiFi AMP but not so good with my PC soundcard. The reception is nowhere near as good. Is the Extigy a true Dolby Digital decoder?

I want to purchase the Creative Extigy external sound card. I see that it decodes Dolby Digital 5.1 sources. I currently have my DVD player hooked up to my Logitech 5.1 Z640 speakers. I want to get the Extigy to listen to TRUE 5.1 surround sound, rather than the Matrix surround sound that comes with the Logitechs.... more »
