This is two bad things occurring -- if WIN95 can't find a device itself,
it's supposed to be able to use the real mode drivers -- but they crash
the system!
Media Vision, once I got through to them, was downright rude to me,
telling me that they did not support windows '95 and that I shouldn't be
using a beta software. I called back fro more info and got a different
guy, who told me that his database said it the sound worked fine (which
it does on my system) but when he clicked on the "SCSI" button, the
screen came up... blank. Which means no one at MV has gotten the thing
to work.
Which leads me to conclude (I'm gonna shoult this: soryy, but I'm
p.o.'d) THE MV PRO 3D SCSI CONTROLLER DOES NOT WORK WITH WINDOWS '95!
Anyone have anu ideas?
BTW, it was great advice in this newsgrouyp that made me decide to buy
the board in the first place. That was great advice, too -- I loved the
board up to this point!
Thanks for your help. =Joe=
