GDM20D10 fixed frequency monitor (SUN 3651167)

Just now I am using this monitor with a Mirage Storm 1600 pro video
card. This card boots up with 62 Khz and so I can use the monitor with
all DOS modes.
Does somebody know technical details about this monitor ?
I want to set the parameters, and I have seen the monitor has a serial
port backside. There is software available for other Sony monitors,
but this software does not work with this one. Anybody knows where to
obtain the software for this monitor ?
